I've been growing my hair out for a while. Pretty easy to do, since it grows super fast. But when it's long, it's pretty much always in a ponytail. Well, it's a ponytail after my husband pulls out the loopy part. You know the hairstyle. Wrap the ponytail holder around your hair once, and on the second turn, you just pull the hair out halfway. Like this.
Gross, right? But if I don't have it up, I end up with paint/baby drool/formula/sticky fingers in it. And that's even grosser.
My husband loves my hair when it's short and choppy. You know, the hairstyle where you put wax on the ends and piece it out. Like this.
But I see pictures of myself with long hair, and it really makes me want to grow it out.
But I have to remember that I don't have my make up professionally done every day. Or wear snake print dresses. But that long hair does make me feel glamorous. Or maybe it's the fake lashes or the dress.

But if I hate it, I can't exactly put it in a ponytail. But I do love it. Ugh. I wish I could try it, and be able to change my mind if I decide I hate it. Glue it back on or something. Plus, what does it look like if you don't want to do the fauxhawk style one day?
